Effective date: August 2, 2026. This policy explains how Betts Risk Group LLC, doing business as Betts Risk Group (BRG), collects and uses information through bettsrisk.com and its forms. It does not govern client records BRG processes under a Master Service Agreement; those are handled under that agreement and the BRG Records Retention and Breach Response Policy.

Information you provide. Name, company, job title, phone, email, employee count, driver and vehicle counts, camera or ELD platform in use, current safety staffing, and what prompted your inquiry, when you submit a form or contact us.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and similar analytics collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
Information from calls. If a call is recorded, BRG gives the Florida two-party consent disclosure at the start of the call and proceeds only with consent.

- To provide and improve services, and to maintain our customer records.
- To send business communications you request. You may opt out of marketing email at any time.

BRG does not sell personal information. Data derived from services may be used in de-identified and aggregated form as described in our Master Service Agreement. Identifiable client data is not sold or disclosed to third parties without consent or a legal requirement.

We keep website inquiry information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
