Effective date: August 2, 2026. These Terms govern use of bettsrisk.com, operated by Betts Risk Group LLC, doing business as Betts Risk Group. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Informational purpose only
Site content is general information about BRG services. It is not legal, regulatory, insurance, medical, or engineering advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Safety and compliance requirements depend on your operation, jurisdiction, and facts. Do not act on site content without professional advice specific to your circumstances.
2. No guarantees
BRG does not guarantee any outcome, including the absence of citations, fines, penalties, audit results, safety ratings, CSA scores, insurance premiums, claims results, or the prevention of any incident. Descriptions of services state what BRG performs, not results it promises.
3. No pricing on this site
The site does not publish prices. Any figure you encounter elsewhere is not an offer. Pricing is provided only in a written proposal or Statement of Work signed by BRG, and applies only to the client and scope named in it.
4. Services governed by separate agreement
Services are governed exclusively by the Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work executed by BRG and the client. If those documents conflict with the site, those documents control.
5. Investigative services
Investigative services, where offered, are provided by Betts Risk Group LLC under Florida Private Investigative Agency License A 3500205 and are subject to a separate written engagement.
6. Submissions
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal health information through site forms. Information submitted through the site is not confidential and does not create a professional relationship. Handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content, the BRG name, and the BRG mark are owned by Betts Risk Group LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content or contact data.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the site or transmit malicious code.
- Do not use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the site. Total BRG liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
12. Governing law, mediation, and venue
These Terms are governed by Florida law without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing suit, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation and then non-binding mediation conducted in Brevard County, Florida, with cost shared equally. Completion of mediation is a condition precedent to filing any court proceeding, except that either party may seek emergency injunctive relief.
Exclusive venue is the state courts located in Brevard County, Florida, or, for matters that must be heard federally, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction there and waives objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
13. Changes and contact
