The programs your last safety hire never had.
Written OSHA and DOT programs built for your operation, as a one-time engagement.
There was nothing written underneath them. A manual downloaded from the internet with another company's name in it fails a prequalification review and does worse in an inspection.
Programs written to your operation, dated, signed, and matched with the forms and records that prove they run.
Programs we build
Each program is scoped individually, because the time to build one that survives an audit depends on your operation. Programs may be purchased on their own or alongside any service.
- Hazard communication. With a chemical inventory and safety data sheet system, to 29 CFR 1910.1200.
- Personal protective equipment. With the written hazard assessment certification required by 29 CFR 1910.132(d).
- Fall protection. With a rescue plan, to 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M.
- Lockout tagout. With the machine specific energy control procedures required by 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4).

- Heat illness prevention. There is no federal OSHA heat standard, so this program is built against the General Duty Clause, Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.
- Fleet and driver safety. To the motor carrier requirements of 49 CFR Parts 390 to 399.
- Incident reporting and investigation. With the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of 29 CFR 1904.
