Services and pricing

Every service, priced on the page

Most firms in this space make you call to find out what anything costs. Our rates are published, our minimums are stated, and scope is written down before work begins. Start with a single module or a single visit, and add only what your operation needs.

What this covers

Start here: the compliance assessment

The standard entry engagement for new clients. An on-site walkthrough, records and written program review, regulatory exposure summary, and a written priority roadmap delivered within five business days. $1,950 per engagement.

Remote fleet compliance

Managed remotely, priced per driver and per vehicle, delivered anywhere. Full detail and implementation pricing on the Remote Fleet Compliance page.

ServiceRateMinimum
DQF Management$34.99 per driver / month$449 / month
Vehicle Compliance Management$9.99 per vehicle / month$199 / month standalone
Camera Event Monitoring$19.99 per camera vehicle / month$249 / month
Managed Camera Coaching$29.99 per camera vehicle / month$249 / month

Site safety observation and reporting

Point-in-time site visits with written reporting. Full detail on the Site Safety Observation page.

FrequencyPrice
Monthly$575 per site / month
Biweekly$1,100 per site / month
Weekly$2,100 per site / month
On-demand visit$650 per visit

Safety management and fractional leadership

Four levels, from remote safety management to an embedded fractional safety director, each with defined service days and deliverables. Leadership engagements are scoped to your operation and priced in a written proposal, because no two operations carry the same exposure. See the Safety Leadership page for what each level includes, then request a proposal.

Assessments and audit readiness

EngagementPrice
Safety and DOT Compliance Assessment$1,950
DOT Mock Audit / Audit Readiness Review$2,950, up to 25 drivers and 25 vehicles

The mock audit is a simulated FMCSA compliance review conducted against the actual audit factors and violation severity structure, with findings rated as an auditor would rate them and a written corrective action plan. A records checklist tells you what is missing; a simulated compliance review tells you what it would cost you. It is a preparation service, not an FMCSA proceeding, and carries no rating outcome guarantee.

Training

ServicePrice
Certified On-site Training DayFrom $1,500 per day
Online Training Library$8.99 per employee / month, $99 minimum

On-site delivery covers confined space, rigging, forklift, CPR and first aid, defensive driving, and fall protection. Materials, travel, class size, and credential requirements may affect the final quote.

Regulatory filings

FilingPrice
MCS-150 Biennial Update or Change Filing$150 per filing
UCR Annual Registration$149 per filing, government fee passed through at cost
Form 2290 Heavy Vehicle Use Tax$149 per filing, tax passed through at cost
IFTA Quarterly Filing, ELD records$250 per quarter
IFTA Quarterly Filing, manual records$250 per quarter minimum, compilation billed at $125 per hour

The MCS-150 filing itself carries no government fee, and we say so. Deactivation and civil penalties apply to missed biennial updates, which is why the service exists.

Loss control and insurance

Loss run and EMR analysis, insurance renewal preparation, return-to-work program builds, and quarterly loss monitoring. This work is scoped against your policy years, claim history, and carrier relationships, and priced in a written proposal. Request a proposal.

Programs and prequalification

ServicePrice
Written Safety Program Development$850 per program
Prequalification Platform Management$295 per platform / month

Prequalification management covers ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and similar platforms: questionnaire upkeep, document maintenance, written program uploads, and grade monitoring. Platform subscription fees remain the customer's.

Software

ServicePrice
BRG Platform Subscription$995 / month, software only
Platform Onboarding$1,500 one time

Proposal-only work

Incident investigation and regulatory response, licensed investigative services, and specialty administrative support are scoped and priced per engagement. Investigative services are provided by Betts Risk Group LLC, Florida Agency License A 3500205. Request a proposal.

Scope

What you get

A look inside the work. These are some of the scopes we cover, from remote file management to director-level leadership.

DOT and FMCSA Compliance

Hours of service, maintenance records, CSA scores, and the audit trail that holds up when a compliance review lands. Built for carriers, not adapted for them.

OSHA Compliance

Written programs, hazard assessments, and the recordkeeping that turns a general duty clause exposure into a defensible position.

Mock OSHA and DOT Audits

We inspect the way a compliance officer would, then hand you the findings and the corrective plan before anyone with a badge does.

On-Site Training

Confined space, rigging, forklift, defensive driving, and CPR taught on your site by a certified instructor, with attendance records you can produce on demand.

Fractional Safety Director

A named director who owns your programs, directs incident response from the first call, handles agency contact, and puts a report in front of leadership every month.

Workplace Investigations

Licensed investigative work for incidents, complaints, and internal matters that need a documented, impartial process.

Common questions

Questions about this service

Either. Some clients have no safety function at all and need one built. Others have a capable manager who needs senior backup on regulatory questions and audit exposure. We scope to the gap that actually exists.

It changes which rules apply, not whether we can help. DOT and FMCSA work is a primary practice area, and non CDL operations frequently still carry DOT obligations that get missed. That is one of the first things we check.

Thirty minutes. We ask what your operation looks like, where you have been cited or nearly cited, what your insurance carrier has asked for, and what is keeping you up at night. You leave with a straight read on your exposure whether or not you hire us.

No. Scope drives cost, and scope is set by fleet size, headcount, regulatory footprint, and how much program work has to be built from scratch. You get a written proposal after the discovery call, not a number pulled off a page.

One call tells you whether there is a real gap and what it would take to close it.
