- Driver qualification file management. Applications, motor vehicle records, medical examiner's certificates, Clearinghouse queries under 49 CFR 382.701, and previous employer safety performance history under 49 CFR 391.23, kept to the file contents and retention requirements of 49 CFR 391.51, with expiration tracking.
- Vehicle files. Registration, annual inspection records under 49 CFR 396.17, and driver vehicle inspection reports and defect tracking under 49 CFR 396.11.
- Camera event review and driver coaching. Inside the platform you already pay for, with completion tracked and repeat behavior escalated.
- Federal filings prepared and submitted. MCS-150 biennial update under 49 CFR 390.19, Unified Carrier Registration, Form 2290, and IFTA.
Government, MVR, Clearinghouse, and screening charges are separate and pass through at cost. Scope is confirmed in a written proposal based on your driver, vehicle, and camera counts.

BRG performs compliance administration. Motor carrier duties under 49 CFR Parts 390 to 399 remain with the carrier, and every engagement carries a written scope cap. This service does not include drug and alcohol testing.
