Services we offer

Services are available individually or as a bundle. Every engagement is scoped to your operation, so you pay for what you actually need.

  • Driver qualification file management. Applications, motor vehicle records, medical examiner's certificates, Clearinghouse queries under 49 CFR 382.701, and previous employer safety performance history under 49 CFR 391.23, kept to the file contents and retention requirements of 49 CFR 391.51, with expiration tracking. Available standalone or included in bundled engagements.
  • Vehicle files. Registration, annual inspection records under 49 CFR 396.17, and driver vehicle inspection reports and defect tracking under 49 CFR 396.11. Available a la carte or bundled.
  • Camera event review and driver coaching. Inside your existing camera platform, with completion tracked and repeat behavior escalated. Available a la carte or bundled.
  • Federal filings prepared and submitted. MCS-150 biennial update under 49 CFR 390.19, Unified Carrier Registration, Form 2290, and IFTA. Available a la carte or bundled.

Government and third-party charges, including motor vehicle records, Clearinghouse queries, and background screening, are billed separately from your service fee. Running those queries, reviewing what comes back, and tracking what has to be repeated is part of the work we do for you, and it is priced in your proposal. Your proposal is built from your driver, vehicle, and camera counts.

What we handle and what stays with you

We handle the administration. You remain the motor carrier, so the duties under 49 CFR Parts 390 through 399 stay with you, and nothing we do transfers that responsibility. This service does not include drug and alcohol testing. Your agreement spells out exactly what we cover and what we do not, so there is no guessing on either side.
